So Good Media LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program (“Program”) that sends account and customer notifications to employees and subcontractors engaged for project work. Messages relate to project assignments, scheduling updates, task status, and other account-related notifications sent from our internal project management system.

Enrollment in the Program is voluntary. Employees and subcontractors provide verbal consent, in person or by phone, at the time of onboarding or engagement for project work. Consent is recorded in So Good Media’s internal project management system, including the date and method by which consent was given. By providing verbal consent, you agree to receive SMS text messages from So Good Media related to your engagement as an employee or subcontractor.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from this Program. If you would like to rejoin, contact us or provide updated verbal consent, and we will re-enroll you.
