So Good Media LLC (“So Good Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of the employees, subcontractors, vendors, and personnel (“you” or “Users”) who interact with our internal project management system, including through SMS/text messaging. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you, with particular attention to our SMS/text messaging program.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our internal project management platform (built on the Claris FileMaker Platform) and any related communications, including text messages sent to or received from employees or subcontractors regarding project assignments, scheduling, and account notifications.

2. Information We Collect

In connection with our project management system and SMS notification program, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and company/business name.
  • Project and assignment information, such as job site, task, schedule, and status details relevant to your work as an employee or subcontractor.
  • Consent and communication records, including the date, time, and method by which you agreed to receive text messages, and records of messages sent and received.
  • Opt-out and preference records, such as when you reply STOP or otherwise withdraw consent.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate and administer our internal project management system.
  • Send account and customer notifications by SMS/text, such as project assignments, scheduling updates, and status alerts relevant to your engagement as an employee or subcontractor.
  • Maintain accurate consent and opt-out records as required by applicable law.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support related to the messaging program.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Consent to receive text messages from So Good Media is collected verbally, in person or by phone, at the time an employee or subcontractor is onboarded or engaged for project work. This verbal consent is recorded in our internal FileMaker-based project management system, including the date and method of consent. No mobile phone numbers are added to the messaging program without this recorded consent.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on active project assignments.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data. No mobile information obtained through the SMS messaging program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the categories of information described in Section 2 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose, except as described below:

  • With service providers who help us operate our project management and messaging systems (such as our SMS gateway or hosting providers), solely to provide those services on our behalf.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of So Good Media, our personnel, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain consent records, message logs, and related information for as long as necessary to operate the messaging program, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which such information is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Request information about the consent or message records we maintain about you by contacting us using the information below.
  • Request correction or deletion of your information, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our messaging program is intended for employees, subcontractors, and business personnel and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be posted at this same URL.
