Spooky season is upon us as the leaves begin to fall and we start seeing pumpkins popping up on porches throughout the county. Adam Grim and I are joined by Tony Gorick, the sales and marketing manager at Decades, Lancaster city’s barcade and restaurant. Tony organized a special weekend long event called “Tales From The Shadows: A Cryptid & Paranormal Weekend” in collaboration with several other downtown businesses.
Adam also recounted a few incredible cultural events that went down last month in Lancaster: Restaurant Week, a series of shows called Blank from Prima Theatre, and ROOTED, a contemporary dance performance by Luna Dance Company. We also discussed a new hotel in Columbia, a Hampton Inn by Hilton opening in an old potato chip factory that will include a rooftop lounge overlooking the Susquehanna River.
As always, there’s way more going on than we can fit on one episode. Be sure to drop a line and let us know what you’re looking forward to this spooky season!
Thanks for listening!
